Partner Program Terms

1. Commission is 20% of the first order (before tax and shipping) from each new customer referred through your link within 60 days of their click. Renewals are not commissioned unless agreed in writing.

2. Commissions on refunded or cancelled orders are reversed.

3. Payments are made monthly by PayPal for approved commissions from the prior month.

4. You may not bid on Art Club Monthly brand terms in paid search, use coupon sites to claim referrals, send spam, or make claims about the product that are not true.

5. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship as required by the FTC.

6. Art Club Monthly may approve, decline, or end any partnership at any time and may update these terms with notice by email.
