Return Policy for Art Club Monthly

Last Updated: February 2026

Subscription Boxes

Due to the nature of our curated art kits, we do not accept returns on subscription boxes once they have shipped. Each box contains consumable art supplies and project materials selected specifically for that month’s theme.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are redeemable for a one-month subscription to Art Club Monthly (Kids or Teens/Adults kit).

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift cards do not expire.
• Gift cards have no fees.
• After redeeming a gift card, the recipient may choose to continue their subscription by entering payment information in their account. Subscriptions do not auto-renew from a gift card—the recipient must opt in to continue.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Please treat them like cash.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your box arrives damaged or contains defective materials, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@artclubmonthly.com. Include photos of the damage and we’ll send a replacement item or issue a credit to your account—whichever you prefer!

Missing Items

If something’s missing from your box, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll get it sorted right away.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle—you’ll still receive any box you’ve already been charged for.

To avoid being charged for the next month, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Refunds

• Unshipped boxes: Full refund available if requested before your box ships.
• Shipped boxes: No refunds once tracking shows the box is in transit.
• Billing errors: Contact us and we’ll make it right immediately.
